Tomorrow on Imus:  another NBC weasel returns.   As if fat Tim Russert wasn't enough, now Brian Williams will appear on Imus.   He'll be a guest on Tuesday morning.    Get your barf bags ready!

Al Roker's Lies Hard to Swallow

We hope Al Roker doesn't have as much trouble with the weather forecast as he does the truth.  The once plump, now hungry "Today" show weatherman is quoted in Page Six this morning, denying he ever turned his back on Imus.

"I was a scheduled guest once in more than 10 years. I appeared another time because David Gregory put me on the phone."  CLICK HERE to read the full story.

Poor Al Roker.  Not only is he now blaming David Gregory for forcing him to go on Imus to hump his stupid books, he's also losing his memory.  Along with the appearance with Gregory, Roker was a scheduled guest on Imus' show on at least two other occasions.  Both times he went to sell one of his books.

We've posted Roker's June 10th, 2005 appearance on the program when he was promoting his book "Big Shoes."  You'll hear Imus reference the previous times Roker was on to talk about his BBQ book as well as "Don't Make Me Stop This Car."

Roker was on again sometime during Imus' last year on MSNBC, but unfortunately we can't locate that broadcast.  That's when Imus teased Roker that he wasn't as happy as he was when he was fat.  Roker hit Imus back with, "that's like saying you're not as funny since you got off the drugs."

Newsbuster's Lynn Davis is all over Al Roker's "joke" about epileptic seizures and how all the people who called for Imus' head (including Roker himself) are now ignoring what the jolly weatherman said.

Columnist: $40 million in reparations for Imus

Conservative columnist Craig Smith writes: "The recent firing of Don Imus by CBS Radio has now precipitated a $120 million lawsuit. Imus hopes to see CBS pay him what he is owed. CBS should write him the check today and I would suspect any day now Al Sharpton will demand CBS do so. Why would he do that, you ask?"  READ MORE

"Foulmouthed ‘Wonkette’ Doesn't Fool Me"

Human Events' Lisa De Pasquale is taking aim at the over-the-top hypocrisy of "the Wonkette."  Ana Marie Cox put herself on the map with trashy, ugly posting on her blog, and probably more importantly, numerous appearances on Imus' show.

Cox wrote for Time Magazine that, “Every time I've been on Don Imus' show, he has reminded listeners that he ‘discovered’ me. It's not exactly hyperbole. He first invited me on when I was just a foulmouthed blogger who ran the gossipy political site Wonkette.”

De Pasquale writes: As a regular Wonkette reader, you can imagine my surprise upon reading about Cox’s newfound modesty. She ends her pathetic attempt to insert herself into last week’s scandal with this, “…He and his gang proceeded to discuss my ‘creamy’ skin and compliment my nice pair of ... ‘eyes.’ I later asked the producer to remind him that as far as I knew, my father was listening.” Did she ever let her father read her own website? Was this incident with Imus before or after she and Cutler met up at the Four Seasons and she thought it would be fun for readers if they got drunk, made out and took pictures of their escapades?
