Are Imus and Jay Severin mending fences?
In October Severin told the Boston Herald he "won’t go on the I-Man’s program anymore because he’s tired of being insulted."
Severin hasn't been on since, and Imus hasn't even mentioned his name.
Now there's this:
The Boston Globe's Paysha Rhone reports: Controversial yakker Don Imus will hit the Wilbur Theatre on St. Patty's Day to broadcast his 10th annual ‘‘Kiss Me, I’m Imus’’ show. The gabfest will air from 6-10 a.m. on WTKK; tickets go on sale Monday. Expected in the audience: Imus' wife Deidre, Eddie Andelman and co., and radio guys Jay Severin and Michael Graham. Frequent Imus guest Sen. John Kerry may show, as well.

Did anyone see that welfare queen who made the 911 call because she "aint got da chikn mcnuggets"?

Guess you had your Kool Aid for dinner by now. What a joke. Wasting your valuable time on me, when you could very well be doing a little research on what Is, Is?

“”During the 2008 presidential campaign, candidates Barack Obama and John McCain fought vigorously over who would be toughest on congressional earmarks.
“We need earmark reform,” Obama said in September during a presidential debate in Oxford, Miss. “And when I’m president, I will go line by line to make sure that we are not spending money unwisely.”"

I must commend the moderator for putting up the podcast again. However there is wasted space in listening to this. All interviews are on on PodCasts at WABCRadio.com, thus it's repetitive.
Know how difficult doing this is. It takes me about 6 hours, but purposely leave out the interviews since they are available elsewhere. It is nice for those too lazy to listen to the interviews on WABC or read the blogs at www.imus.com
So thanks again but truly too long for normal listeners. My opinion.

British PM leaves US without clear boost
The Associated Press
Published: March 5, 2009
WASHINGTON: British Prime Minister Gordon Brown wrapped up an uneven Washington visit without the clear boost he was looking for from Britain's closest ally.
A punchy speech Wednesday to the U.S. Congress urging Anglo-American leadership to right the global economy was overshadowed by suggestions in the British press that Brown had been snubbed by U.S. President Barack Obama.

I pray that along with these podcasts, which is a good thing for many, moderation is now in effect.
No more no names. No more infighting. No more anything that is detrimental to this site.
And I thank the Moderator too for doing what he or she can to make this place fun again.
Good Night all.
